Victoria Bartolome has spent the last 15 years on a quest to fix healthcare. Most recently, she served as SVP of Strategic Initiatives & Corporate Development at Signify Health, focused on bringing healthcare to the home. Under her leadership, she scaled the organization through business transformation and integrations and helped take Signify public for $7 billion in 2021. After the IPO, she drove Signify’s $250M acquisition of Caravan Health, and subsequently helped drive Signify’s strategic sale to CVS for $8 billion in 2023.
Prior to Signify, Victoria served in various leadership positions at athenahealth to liberate healthcare data from closed technology systems. She served as Director of Corporate Development through which she drove acquisitions, partnerships, and launched athenahealth’s partner marketplace and innovation program, all toward advancing its mission to drive more interoperability in healthcare. She also led strategic planning for athenahealth’s product organization as Director of Product Strategy & Operations.
Before athenahealth, Victoria held M&A and investment banking roles covering healthcare and technology at Evercore and Citigroup. Victoria holds a BS in Computer Science and Economics from Brown University.
