Manik Bhat was CEO and co-founder of Healthify, which connects payers and providers with community-based social services organizations to address social determinants of health of patients. Manik grew Healhify from an idea to one of the largest networks of community-based organizations in the country, operating across all 50 states and supporting the largest Medicaid MCOs in the country.

Healthify’s work was featured by TEDMED, the Center for Healthcare Strategies, KPMG, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, and Forbes. Healthify raised ~$25M as a social enterprise supported by investors like BlueCrossBlueShield Venture Partners, Kapor Capital, Acumen Fund, Activate Venture Partners, and SV Health Investors.

In 2021, Healthify was acquired by Wellsky, where Manik served as the VP of Social Determinants of Health.
