Laurie McGraw is 30 year healthcare executive known for driving innovation, company growth, and industry standard-setting.

Currently, Laurie is an EVP at Transcarent.

Prior to Transcarent, she was the SVP of Health Solutions at the American Medical Association, where she oversaw nationwide data solutions (CPT, workforce data, etc.) used across the entire US Healthcare industry and, increasingly, globally.

Previously, she was the CEO of Shareable Ink, a clinical documentation and data solutions company, and the former President of Allscripts. At Allscripts, she led the company, technology and commercial strategy that propelled Allscripts from a $30M company with five clients into a $1.5B company and robust technology platform with majority market share. Laurie steered market direction, acquisition/partnership strategy, multiple rounds of technology re-platforming to grow through various scale points, fundraising/investor relations and fast-growth company operational excellence.  She also spent ten years as a development leader and head of client success at ChannelHealth/IDX before its sale to Allscripts.

Laurie is the Lead Independent Director of Augmedix (NASDAQ: AUGX), on the Board of OhMD, Newfire Global Partners and AIP Publishing, an Advisor at HLM Venture Partners, and the Podcast Creator and Host of “Inspiring Women Pod.”
