Graham McNally is focused on tech-based health care innovation targeting both business and clinical objectives in value-based models with an aim to “consumerize” the healthcare experience to make it simple for members, patients and providers.
He currently serves as Director of Innovation at Elevance Health. In this role he develops, implements and scales AI enabled solutions and services creating a more connected and simplified healthcare system to better engage members in their health and achieve better health outcomes while making care more affordable.
Prior to Elevance Health, Graham served in a variety of roles at Humana. Most recently, he was the Director, Innovation Portfolio Strategy were he led the adoption of Humana’s enterprise 360 degree member data platform to deliver holistic, integrated member data across businesses. He also was the Director, Clinical Product Management, Clinical & Pharmacy Solutions where he led the strategy, design, development, scaling, and management of virtual care products to deliver member engagement, clinical/quality, and financial outcomes, including new proactive, “always- on” models of care through remote monitoring capabilities. He also was the Director, Consumer Health Solutions, Innovation, where he combined the power of consumer-centered design with Humana’s clinical, technology, and analytics assets to reduce disease incidence and slow progression.
Prior to his roles at Humana, Graham served as Director, Strategy and Operations for Aetna’s Accountable Care Solutions and as Director, Market Place Development and Commercialization for Wellness 2.0.
Before entering the health plan space, Mr. McNally headed business development and legal affairs for Higi, a consumer-centric multi-channel health engagement platform and health information technology startup named #1 by Forbes among “The 5 Most Important New Companies You Need to Know” in 2012.
He previously served as Vice President, Business Development and Operations for Medical Business Associates, a privately held consulting firm specializing in assessing healthcare fraud, waste and abuse.
Mr. McNally holds a B.A. from Brown University, a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School, and a M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
