Dan Lambert founded and exited two Inc 500 health tech companies – BoardVitals and PathologyWatch.
In 2024, he sold PathologyWatch, a deep learning company focused on dermatopathology digitization and automated diagnostic/prognostic research, for ~$150M. Previously, he started BoardVitals, a leading test preparation platform for the Medical Specialty Boards, which he grew to $20M ARR before being acquired by Ascend Learning.
Dan is also the founder of Springtide Ventures, a $100M AUM healthtech venture fund, and has made 50+ angel investments.
Dan received a degree from BYU in computer engineering, specializing in field-programmable gate arrays and computer vision, and a MBA from Harvard Buiness School.
