Bay Gross is Co-Founder of Cityblock Health, a technology-enabled healthcare provider for Medicaid and Duals.

Cityblock is nationally recognized as one of the leaders in value-based-care innovation for vulnerable and public-payer population groups.

Today, Cityblock serves over 100,000 members, delivering a blend of primary care, behavioral health, care management, and “social determinant” interventions. It is backed by $850M in venture capital, and supported by firms including General Catalyst, Thrive, Maverick, Redpoint, Alphabet, and 8VC.

Bay worked across operations, finance, and strategy while founding Cityblock. His final role was as Chief Product Officer, overseeing a technical team of 150. He departed in 2023 and today resides in London where he is involved in a number of investments, advisory, and incubations.

Prior to founding Cityblock, Bay had experience in Product at Google and Venture at Thrive Capital. He holds a bachelors in computer science from Yale.
