Alexander Siedlecki is an entrepreneur, an investor, and currently a Managing Partner for the New Product Development fund at UnitedHealth Group. In this role, Alex is responsible for the oversight of all consumer health-oriented investments and venture builds in the portfolio.
Prior to UnitedHealth Group, Alex was part of the founding team at Rally Health, a digital health platform focused on making it easier to access care and stay healthy while helping lower costs. At Rally Health, Alex served as the Executive Vice President, Product Management, the Executive Vice President, Operations and the General Manager for Rally Choice where he was focused on scaling the business to over 200,000 employers, 55 million eligible users and over $1B in revenue. Rally Health was acquired by Optum.
Before joining Rally Health, Alex spent several years on the clinical side of health care, working with private specialty practices to optimize their businesses in preparation for an outside investment or acquisition. In addition, Alex served as a mayoral fellow for Mayor David Cicilline of Providence, Rhode Island, where he worked on municipal health benefits and finance.
Alex was a NCAA Division I athlete at Brown University, where he earned a BA in commerce, organizations, and entrepreneurship. He currently resides in Tampa, FL with his wife and three kids where he loves staying active by playing tennis and wrestling.
