Adrian co-founded Omada Health, a virtual-first healthcare provider that nurtures lifelong health, one day at a time. Omada care teams implement clinically-validated behavior change protocols for individuals living with diabetes, hypertension, prediabetes, weight health and musculoskeletal issues. With more than a decade of experience and data, and 28 peer-reviewed publications that showcase its clinical and economic results, Omada can improve health outcomes and help contain healthcare costs. Omada’s scope exceeds 1M members and 1,900 enterprise customers, including health plans, health systems, and employers ranging in size from small businesses to Fortune 500s.
Prior to Omada, Adrian led the Medical Products domain for IDEO’s Health and Wellness Practice in the Bay Area, where he focused on business development and client relationships with organizations ranging from medical startups to Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies. During his decade tenure at IDEO, he contributed mechanical design expertise and project leadership to a broad range of products, including heart valve installation tools, hospital equipment, vaccine delivery systems, and self-injection devices.
Adrian holds BS and MS degrees in mechanical engineering from Stanford University, where he specialized in medical device design and mechatronics.
